I stuck to this 7-minute stretching routine throughout my entire pregnancy, and ended up with a great labour and delivery (I gave birth to a baby in the brow presentation naturally and avoided c-section). All of these moves relax tense muscles, open up the pelvis, unlock the hips, and restore energy. I still do this stretching routine to this day even though I gave birth 3 months ago.
