ANGON SLAVE Towards RATU ADIL | End 3 | The Symbolic Secret of Uga Wangsit Siliwangi
This video is a continuation of Budak Angon's (Shepherd) Towards Ratu Adil (Queen of Justice), Uncovering the Secrets of the Uga Wangsit Siliwangi Symbol. And as discussed in the previous episode, another name for the Budak Angon is the Amaca. The Budak Angon in the historical script is called "Sang Amaca" (the reader), while in the speech tradition (pantun) it is called Budak Angon (the shepherd). This figure is not just enthusiastic about reading (sang amaca then likes) and following the teachings of his ancestors, but is said to be able to emerge as a pioneer (murwa lalakon). it is recorded in the rhyme of the play Ngahiyangna Pajajaran.
The symbolic sentence "Ngajajarkeun Pajajaran" is a manifestation of the laws of devotion (yatna Sewaka darma) of Budak Angon or Satria Piningit to the people they empower. Budak Angon are required to be able to repair the order that has been damaged in the community as a condition for the establishment of "Pajajaran Anyar".
At first glance, this seems to be just a Sundanese romance towards the past glory of Pajajaran, not even a few consider it a hallucination. For those who don't study Uga Wangsit, this is understandable, because in fact there are still many people who position uga as a mere prophecy that is thick and often in contact with mystical things.
It should be remembered, Pajajaran Anyar is not the name of a country that will appear later in this republic or that there will be a change in the name of the country, but a symbolic expression of the social order that has been empowered through the laws of service (sawaka dharma) carried out by the Budak Angon. Thus it can be said that the Angon slave is a symbol of a leadership figure, while Pajajaran Anyar is the result of his masterpiece.
