The two show their adaptability stunningly on this record, blending a light-hearted drum pattern with some ear-splitting hardstyle synth work upon the drop, creating a soundscape that is as impressive as it is unique. Although Cartel was born in Colombia, the renowned selector was raised in Amsterdam, which is evident in this record. Cartel forgets his roots and joins forces with Dutch native Mendez to create an undeniably Dutch bass house anthem that fits any dancefloor across Amsterdam and the rest of Europe.
