600 g chicken liver
3 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sour cream
onion 2 pcs
carrots 2 pcs
mayonnaise 300 g
3 garlic cloves
greens and salad for decoration
Salt and pepper to taste

4. Salad number 1
chicken fillet or beef 360 gr
pickled cucumbers 1-2 pieces
carrots 1-2 pcs
egg 3 pcs.
cheese 150 gr
mayonnaise 100 gr
pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
salt, pepper to taste

5. Salad number 2
Beets - 1-2 pcs
Carrot -1-2 pieces
Apple (sour varieties) - 1-2 pcs
Prunes (pitted) - 100 g
Yogurt - 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt - to taste
Fresh herbs (optional) - for garnish
