"Dependency Map" with Carsten Lützen
This video will properly spark some opinions :). If we have a setup with multiple teams (which is often the case when working on more extensive systems). Then we need some mechanism/tool/thingy-dingy to help us align across teams. I think the Dependency Map is quite a nice tool for that.
Some will immediately think SAFe but don't worry. But it works fine outside SAFe as well :D.
It is a really great conversation starter across teams.
