Russia's Putin Attends Welcome Ceremony in Mongolia
Russia's Vladimir Putin attended a welcome ceremony hosted by his Mongolian counterpart Khurelsukh Ukhnaa in Ulaanbaatar. Putin's visit to Mongolia is the first by the Russian leader to a member state of the International Criminal Court since a warrant was issued for his arrest.
