If you think that you can cook sweet from nothing - here is a quick recipe for a pie in the oven (completely all cooking with preparation in 35 minutes). You will cook often, I assure you! A lean recipe without problems will delight, and most importantly, surprise you with its simplicity. Delicate chocolate cake for tea without eggs, milk and butter. A very soft and tender cake is prepared without a mixer!

The dough for a simple cocoa pie is moist and I'm sure everyone has a jar of jam or honey to fill this oven baked pie.

Here's what you need:

Flour 240 grams or 1.5 cups
3/4 cup sugar or 170 grams if you like a sweet pie add 1 cup
Cocoa powder 1/3 cup, 40 grams
Soda 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 pinch
Water 1 glass or 250 ml.
Vegetable oil 0.5 cups or 125 ml.
Vanillin 0.5 teaspoon
Apple cider vinegar 1.5 tbsp

Step by step recipe:
In a deep bowl I will mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and soda. I recommend sifting the flour to get oxygenated. You should also sift the cocoa powder as oily lumps can form.

Add water to the dry ingredients (you can also use coffee), vegetable oil and vanillin; mix well and add apple cider vinegar.

Lubricate a baking sheet with vegetable oil and cover with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees until the pie is tender, about 25-30 minutes. You can check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick.
I recommend cooling the finished cake for about 10 minutes, then remove it from the mold and remove the parchment paper. Let the cake cool completely.
Decorating the cake:
I used strawberry jam and some dark chocolate to decorate the cake. You can also use honey, condensed milk, or any other jam. You can add nuts and fruits.
I cut the cake in two and greased it with jam, joined the two halves.

I also greased the pie with jam on top and rubbed some dark chocolate for a nice presentation.
The cake was served with black tea and everyone at home was delighted with such an incredible cake.
The best thing about this cake is its speed of preparation, and if you already have a sweet tooth on your doorstep, then you can always make such an incredibly tasty cake for them.
