Those with badges really believe they are in an elite group and YOU do not belong. Isn't it obvious? They have different rules and the some goals. They have secret pacts and high salaries. They especially enjoy messing with the lower class- that is, everyone without a badge. Even the chief of police likes to have action. This would include throwing people out of their kingdoms. And is it not ironic how we put him in that position!
