On this channel we take a look at police interaction videos and discuss our constitutional rights.
We have come across countless interactions over the years of police interactions where cops respond to a call of someone that is suspicious or that is doing something suspicious.
We have seen in these interactions that there is really nothing that police officers can do because suspicion is subjective and suspicion isn’t a crime.
The videos that usually get a lot of traction are ones where cops try to push the issue of obtaining identification and get into hypotheticals of possible scenarios where they can arrest the person being detained.
This is what i like to call “legal fantasy”.
This video is an example of cops stepping into legal fantasy territory whenever the person they are questioning knows their rights and won’t budge under the officer’s intimidation.
