IMPORTANT UPDATE: The designs in this video are all deprecated. The tactic of jammer cloaking stealth missiles has been significantly nerfed and doesn't require such a laser focused strategy to deal with anymore. Stacking two of the same missile components now has strong diminishing returns, certain point defenses are not as affected by jamming (aurora pdts specifically are great against these missiles, they mostly react in time even when jammed), and the new faction has a specific countermeasure that can jam optical guided missiles.

You have no idea how much testing it took to get this ship to defend against stealth missiles while also defeating the attacker. It doesn't help that home-on-jam seeker heads are bugged when used on hybrid missiles; it makes them enter sprint way before the seeker head should have even detected the source of the jamming, causing them to explode harmlessly short of the target when they run out of fuel. It forced me to innovate though, and the final product is pretty slick if I do say so myself.
