Ukraine has carried out its largest drone attack on Russian territory this year. The drones targeted at least 13 federal subjects, including Moscow. The Russian Defense Ministry also reported the destruction of drones over annexed Crimea. In particular, drones attacked the refinery of the Ryazan Oil Refinery Company Rosneft and the Novo-Ryazan Thermal Power Plant. In the Bryansk region, one of the largest enterprises in the field of microelectronics in Russia, the Silicon El Group, suspended operations. The plant produced parts for the Pantsir air defense system and the Iskander missile systems.
During the attack, at least 10 airports in Russia suspended operations. Three of them were near Moscow. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin wrote about the destruction of drones over the capital.
Ukraine was also attacked by drones. Three people died during it near Kiev. This is according to the local Ministry of Emergency Situations. According to the Ukrainian Air Force, a total of 58 Russian drones attacked the country's territory.
In Dolinsk on Sakhalin, a drunk man came to a kindergarten with a knife and threatened to cut his own throat. This is how he responded to the refusal to give him the children.
Users report massive failures at the largest telecom operators, including MTS, Megafon and Tele2, as evidenced by data from the websites Sboy.rf and downdetector. Streaming services and messengers are also intermittent. The websites of large Russian companies do not open.
On the morning of January 24, performance artist Pavel Krisevich was released from a penal colony in St. Petersburg. Krisevich was convicted for an action on Red Square, which he held in June 2021. During the performance, he fired a noise pistol twice into the air, after which he simulated a shot to the head. The performance artist called his actions a protest against political repression.

⁃ On your phone: find the Wi-Fi settings → select your network → enter the new DNS manually.
⁃ On your computer: in the network settings, specify DNS in the “IPv4” section.
4. Download videos in advance: install an app for downloading videos (for example, 4K Video Downloader) or enable offline mode in the official YouTube Premium app.
