PS Plus Extra & Premium 2 Year Review: Game Quality, Classics, New Perks, & Price Increase
We’ve now had the revamped PlayStation Plus service for two full years. And shortly after their first year, they raised the price on all tiers by a considerably amount. Leading many to naturally wonder what Sony was going to offer, if anything — to maintain the proposed value that PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium are supposed to have. So if you’re a dedicated PS4 or PS5 customer, does the higher PS Plus tiers make sense? Let’s look at the games they’ve offered these last 12 months. We’ll examine the quality of games, the total library, the classic games, and the new perks like PS5 game streaming and the Sony Pictures Core app. There’s a lot to digest and this time around it’s gonna cost more. So.. uhh… hand it over punk. *glares at you with mild fear that you’ll retaliate*.
