How to use the YouTube app’s new picture in picture feature on iPhone!
YouTube discreetly added the highly requested picture-in-picture feature (PiP) to the YouTube app on iPhone. It's straightforward to use - swipe the home bar up when playing a video, and the video will pop out. You can also adjust the size and positioning of the video player. You do not need YouTube Premium for picture-in-picture to work. I'm on iOS 15, I'm not sure if earlier versions of iOS support the new feature.
