• Butter - 100 g
• Baking Powder - 10 g
• Sugar
• Cinnamon
--- 2 --- Casserole with minced chicken and cottage cheese
• Chicken fillet - 500 g
• Cottage cheese - 200 g
• Milk - 200 ml
• Flour - 100 g
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Carrots - 2-3 pieces.
• Onions - 1 pc.
• Hard cheese - 40-50 g
• Dill
• Ground black pepper
• Spices, salt
--- 3 --- Lazy dumplings with cottage cheese
• Flour - 260 g (+/- 50 g) - depends on the moisture of the cottage cheese
• Cottage cheese - 500 g
• Salt - 1 tsp.
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Butter
--- 4 --- Appetizer from cottage cheese and herring
• Cottage cheese (non-sour) - 200 g
• Herring (lightly salted) - 100 g
• Dill
• Sour cream - 1 tbsp.

*** Ingredients for the form of 22-26 cm. I have a springform pan for 22cm, but sometimes I cook in a glass mold for 26cm
