To make chicken strips tastier than KFC:
Chicken fillet - 500 g
Salt - 0.5 tsp (to taste)
Dried garlic - to taste
Black ground pepper - to taste
For breading:
Flour - 6 tbsp.
Starch - 2 tbsp.
Milk - 6 tbsp.
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
Large egg - 1 pc.
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Sugar - 0.5 tsp
Coriander, ground black pepper, dried garlic - 1/3 tsp each.
1. Cut the chicken fillet into lengthwise pieces. Add salt, dried garlic and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Mix flour, starch, salt, sugar, coriander, black pepper and dried garlic, baking powder.
3. Divide the mixture into 2 parts. In one part, add the egg and milk.
4. Dip each piece of chicken fillet into liquid batter, then into flour. Try to press the flour well into the batter. Shake off excess flour.
5. Fry in a sufficient amount of vegetable oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
