It usually takes about 40 minutes to connect. Get into a comfortable position, relax your whole body and say the following out loud:
I call upon the Guardian of the Mystery of my being and say to him, "it is time. And I call upon you, Guardian of the Mystery, to awaken my divinity, from which you hold the keys, before the appointed time.
I affirm in this day and in this hour, the Time has come.
My Divine Self, my Higher Self, my Supersoul, my Essence Self, all that I am in its entirety, fill with your Presence all spaces in which I am manifested consciously and unconsciously, become my boundless source of Evolution and advancement, manifest your influence on the level that I realize, transform it to match the light of Divinity that I carry in me by the Creator's will;
I realize that the primary thing to which I aspire with all my being is the fullness of Divine Love, free from all conventions.
I realize that wherever I am in a state of love I have the peace and tranquility that I need.
I ask my Divine Self to give me the ability that my Will will become the source of what will allow Divine Love to be with me always in the moment now, to gain independence from external influences and delusions to which I may succumb on the level of thought and understanding, as well as on the sensual level.
I call on the light of the Truth of God that I am to dispel the illusion that reinforces in me the guilt and self-judgment of myself and the consequent judgment of those around me.
I ask that the integrity of God's light be restored in me, wherever I need it and it is possible.
So be it.
Healing shines in my past, Healing shines in my future, Healing sounds in my present.
Thanking all that I am for love and help, I make the choice to remember myself in all my fullness.
So be it.
