VMware Horizon 8 2111 has dropped to the masses. The upgrade process is fairly straightfoward in most environments. In this video, I walkthrough the process to upgrade your Connection Servers from Horizon 7.x to Horizon 8 2111. We also talk about the proper order of operations for your Horizon 8 2111 upgrade process and considerations you need to make when upgrading.
Also, you will see a quirky behavior at the end of the upgrade process that I discovered in the lab environment when trying to access the Horizon Administrator Console.
