How Layouts & Route Groups Work - Next.js 13
Taking a look at how Layouts work in Next.js 13, and how we can maintain state between pages of a certain component without the need to re-render. This is especially useful for navbars/sidebars/global wrappers. We also take a look into route groups and how we can group layouts together without having any effect on the URL.
