𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨:
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp liquid sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 scoop vanilla protein (not all protein powders are made equal) aka the best protein for oats is @flex_brands (code: TRACE) saves you 15%
(if you don’t have protein powder, then only use 1/3 cup milk)
𝙏𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝:
Yogurt
Caco nibs
𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
1. Blend together blueberries, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt for 30-45 seconds, or until the blueberries are blended in.
2. Pour mixture into a bowl/jar and combine oats, chia seeds, and protein powder. Mix in until well combined
3. Let the oats sit overnight or for at least 5 hours.
4. Add toppings and enjoy!
