I FINALLY got to putting together my go-to ab and booty routine, wooooo. This is one that I've literally memorized and actually see a difference in once I do it a few times. I am no instructor, these are just ones that I enjoy doing. Make sure to do whichever exercises you are comfortable with and be safe while doing them! Do whatever YOUR body can do. I love that I can do all of these from the convenience of my home or wherever if I am traveling!
I tend to do this exact routine about 2-3 times a week on average. Some weeks are more intense and some weeks are less intense. I love combining some cardio 2-3 times a week in whatever form that I can! My diet is fairly healthy with a balance of normal meals.
