If you decide to visit Sofia and you have limited time, then you can easily repeat my route. This route, of course, did not cover all the sights of Sofia, but you can definitely get acquainted with the most basic ones.
The city presents many architectural structures and historical monuments, bypassing which you can learn the whole history of the periods of development of the country, from the Neolithic to the 21st century.
In the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia, I believe that every traveler should definitely visit such places as: Hagia Sophia, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the theater named after Vazov, Serdika, Vitosha Boulevard, walk along the unique yellow tiles in the city parks and quench their thirst in the famous springs mineral water... and of course, the national cuisine will help you plunge into the culture, which I recommend you try anyway =)
