Samsung 48H6400 No picture and No backlight but the sound is ok is not a problem on LEDs.
when we check it, we find that's all voltage on the t-con is off like VGH VCOM...
so after checking and disconnecting all small capacitors on the panel, we find that one capacitor is short.
this capacitor block all voltage then also the mainboard block the backlight for security.
