Gibson Les Paul Standard '50s and Les Paul Studio | Lauren Ruth Ward Band First Impressions
The Gibson Original Collection reintroduces Gibson's classic guitars to today's players.
The Gibson Les Paul Standard '50s features a traditional figured maple on mahogany construction, '50s neck profile with nitro-lacquer finish and calibrated Alnico II BurstBucker pickups.
The Les Paul Studio is constructed with a rosewood fingerboard, slim taper mahogany neck and 490R and 498T pickups, providing tight, high-output humbucking performance.
We invited the Lauren Ruth Ward Band to check out the LP Standard '50s (Played by Lauren Ruth Ward) and LP Studio (Played by Eddie Rivera). They shared their first impressions of the guitars and performed their song "Make Love To Myself."
