For the cake;
4 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
To wet the cake;
2 cups cold milk (400 ml)
2 tablespoons sugar
For the custard;
1 liter milk
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons flour, heaped
2 tablespoons starch, heaped
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 pack of whipped cream mix (75 g)
For the top;
Coconut, hazelnut or walnut
1 cup = 200 ml
