Srinagar, Dec 10 (ANI): Kashmiri prominent separatist leader, Syed Ali Shah Geelani, said on Thursday that talks between India and Pakistan would not succeed if people of Kashmir were not involved in any negotiations. His comments came a day after India's Foreign Minister, Sushma Swaraj met Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and her Pakistani counterpart Sartaz Aziz in Islamabad and announced resumption of bilateral dialogue. Swaraj's visit was the first by India's top diplomat to Pakistan in three years. India accuses Pakistan of training and arming militants, and infiltrating them across the de facto border, called the Line of Control, dividing Kashmir. Pakistan denies those allegations.
