I got my hands on a Dell Optiplex 790. This has a i3 and 8 Gigs of ram. This also only has the intel HD Graphics and No graphics card installed, and it does not have Open GL. So what kinds of games can I play on this ?. Well I can play a lot. The only issue was installing the Dreamcast Emulators, and getting the picture to play right on any of them. There is a fix for that, and I show you what I did to get the Dreamcast games working.
