To prepare chicken chops:
Chicken fillet - 700 g
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Dried garlic and smoked paprika - to taste and optional
Large egg - 3 pcs.
Milk - 2-3 tbsp.
Flour - 3 tbsp.
1. Cut off a small chicken fillet from a large one. Cut a large chicken fillet into portioned pieces, cover with cling film and beat the meat.
2. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with spices on both sides.
3. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Add milk to the yolks and mix, we get a lezon.
4. Add a pinch of salt to the proteins and beat into a fluffy foam.
5. Dip each chop in the lezon, then in the flour and finally in the beaten egg whites. Proteins can be applied with a brush, so it turns out more economically.
6. Fry over moderate heat on each side for 3-4 minutes or until fully cooked, focusing on the thickness of your chops.
