A lot of people still care too much about the 'exercises' that use the muscle.
But from a broader perspective, relaxing the muscle is also an important part of the exercise. Even if you did not exercise, your muscle does its function on the daily basis. Thus, it is important to properly stretch your muscle as often as possible!
Tank and Odri did not pay much attention to the stretching when we first started work-out, but we invent a great deal of time on stretching and warming up these days.
Today, we picked-up five most helpful stretching exercises for you.
Below is the order of the stretching!
1. HAMSTRING STRETCH (Calf + Thigh)
2. RECLINING TWIST (Great for pelvis adjustment!, Whole body)
3. CAT&COW STRETCH (Whole body)
4. CHILD'S POSE (Whole body)
5. COBRA POSE (Great for abdomen and flank!, Whole body)
Two 30 seconds set
Try these stretching on daily basis! You'll have similar effect as doing exercises (Diet + slimming down your body)
Do these after waking up/before going to bed /before exercise /after exercise
