Form diameter 22 cm:
• Flour - 280 gr
• Butter - 180 gr
• Cocoa - 60 gr
• Sugar - 80-100 gr
• Salt - a pinch
Filling:
• Cottage cheese - 350 gr
• Sugar - 70-100 gr
• Vanilla sugar - 20 gr
• Eggs - 3 pcs.
• Sour cream - 70 gr
• Corn starch - 20-40 gr (if the filling is liquid, add more, if thick enough, less)
1. For the filling, thoroughly beat everything with an immersion blender until smooth.
2. Sift flour and cocoa, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Grate the cooled butter, then grind it into small crumbs with your hands.
3. 2/3 of the crumbs are sent to the mold, we form the bottom and sides. We spread the curd mass. Sprinkle with the remaining crumbs. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool completely at room temperature, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
