canned beans or boiled or green peas - 200 gr.
sauerkraut - 250-300 gr.
boiled potatoes - 3 pcs (300 gr.)
onions - 1 pc. (small)
greens: onion, dill, parsley - 10 gr.
vegetable oil - 5 tbsp.
ground black pepper - 1 pinch
