The Westfalia Kepler One is tiny camper with kitchen, toilet and shower. The Westfalia Kepler One is only 536cm but claims to be able to sit and sleep four people. Its lounge is quite big (considering the height). It also has a kitchen, toilet and shower!
I live in a motorhome full time and travel around Europe in it. I spend most of my time in Poland, Germany and Italy. Vanlife is my life.
