Tips & tricks for Perfect Topstitching
In this video I list some great tips that get better results when you are top stitching. Ever heard of the border guide foot or used the little button on your presser foot to level out your foot when you are sewing over bulky seams?
Topstitching is stitching that shows on the right side (outside) of your clothes, which sounds simple enough... However it can be difficult to get the stitches looking neat and professional and, if you're using dedicated topstitch thread, you may notice skipped stitches, unbalanced thread tension and thread knots.
