To make Chinese Egg and Vegetable Fried Rice:
Egg - 3-4 pcs.
Salt - to taste
Garlic - 1 clove
Onion - 1 pc.
Green peas - 100 g
Corn - 100 g
Carrot - 1 pc.
Green onions - 2-3 sprigs
Butter - 20-30 g
Boiled cold rice - 300 g
Soy sauce - to taste
Oyster sauce - to taste
1. Add salt to taste to the eggs, mix with a fork and fry very quickly, stirring constantly.
2. Mince 1 garlic clove. Chop the onion and carrot into small cubes.
3. Fry the garlic in vegetable oil and butter. Add onion. Fry until transparent. Add carrots, peas and corn. Saute vegetables until desired.
4. Put a piece of butter in the center.
5. Put cold boiled rice. Rice must be cold, as it will be crumbly when fried.
6. Fry the rice.
7. Add soy sauce. If available, you can also add oyster sauce.
8. Add eggs and green onions.
