Ever since I'm 14 years old I decided to avoid lying at all costs. It's not an easy thing to do, but not lying leads to many benefits in the long run. In this video I discuss why lying is usually "an easy way out", how not lying builds character and a good mindset and what are the rare conditions when I do lie.
