The most PAINFUL SPICY FOOD CHALLENGE I HAVE EVER TRIED? Today we are in Tokyo Japan attempting to eat the " EXTRA Double Oni" spicy Ramen challenge, which means Devils ramen - made with ghost peppers, sensho (numbing spice), spicy chili oil, ramen eggs, pork, 3 types of ramen noodles, corn and other flavors and spices all in what is supposed to be the best ramen broth in this Tokyo ramen eating challenge! The fire noodle meal cost about $14 usd and this VERY hot ramen noodle challenge and not for the faint of heart.. This spicy noodle challenge (EXTRA Oni level spicy ramen at Karashibi Kikanbo in Tokyo) is truly one of the craziest food challenges I have ever attempted. How does this Japanese food challenge and Tokyo food challenge go, lets tune in and see! Also, Is this Tokyo's best ramen, or at least japans spiciest ramen noodles?
