The people that run HOA's can act like tyrants almost as bad as the cops do. Power comes with tyrant-like behavior. It is a type of power that no one would want to give up once they have it. That is why the cos have these powerful unions-- to preserve that power for the cops! This video is not so much abut the HOA's .
