Easy DiY whirligig Airplane full build, The Blue Angel number 3
How to make a Whirligig airplane from wood, with glue and paint. Four blade propeller. Windy day fun. In this video we cut out a 24-inch piece of 3/4-inch lumber in the shape of an airplane fuselage, then Shape the tail fins out of sheet metal using aviation snips. The propeller hub is cut on a table saw. using a miter gage extension as shown in my other videos. Next the wings are cut out and the whirligig is spray painted using cans. Assembled with screws and set out in the wind to "fly".
