We wanted to do something different for a technique article this time around. When we thought of "different" Jeff Glover immediately came to mind. Jeff invited us to come down to his club and interestingly enough the address we were given led us to a gentlemens club. Luckily Victory MMA (http://www.victorygyms.com/) was down the street and we found Jeff there. Funny how those addresses got confused. Once we finally got situated Jeff let us know he wanted us to take photos and video of him playing with his balls. Never a dull moment with Jeff.

In this video Jeff demonstrates stability ball moves that can be performed from a top position to enhance your jiu-jitsu game. For more a full breakdown of the moves seen in this video and more be sure to grab a copy of issues #23 & #24 of Jiu-Jitsu Magazine as it is a two part series.

About Jeff:
Jeff is a pure entertainer and loves jiu-jitsu in all it's various types of forms and styles. With no shortage of charisma if he's involved in a match it's guaranteed to be exciting with his quirky, unorthodox methods mixed with a high level of athleticism. He's traveled the country training with the best coaches in the world in his "Glovers Travels" series and specializes in an innovative deep half guard. His nickname is "The Pipelayer" because he used to be a plumber.
