SABATON - The Red Baron (Subtitulado Español)
Manfred von Richthofen, por sus orígenes aristócratas y el color brillante del avión que pilotaba, los soldados se referían a el como el Barón Rojo.
Soldado de caballería al inicio de la contienda, en 1915 Richthofen fue destinado al Servicio Aéreo y es considerado el as de ases de la guerra porque consiguió derribar ochenta aeroplanos enemigos.
Richthofen fue derribado y muerto en la mañana del 21 de abril de 1918 cerca de Vaux-sur-Somme, en el norte de Francia.
Fue enterrado por sus adversarios en el cementerio de la aldea de Bertangles, cerca de Amiens, el 22 de abril de 1918, con todos los honores militares. Su despedida se realizó plagada de respeto por quienes fueron sus enemigos. Los soldados cubrieron su ataúd de flores, que fue llevado en hombros. Después presentaron armas y dispararon tres salvas en su honor.
