We're talking about Bricks specifically in this video, but my thoughts on this could be applied to any page builder.
If you want to provide the most amount of value to your clients, do the work for them (and charge them appropriately).
In the vast majority of cases, clients should not be poking around in the page builder.
You're the web pro, not them.
