Xbox One Not Turning On (Makes a Sound, but Light Won't Come On) - FIXED

If your Xbox One won't turn on all the way, but it's making a small noise when you touch the power button, chances are you just need to replace the power brick.
I tried everything else (like unplugging the power brick for 24+ hours), but changing the power brick on my Xbox One (originally purchased in 2014) was the only fix that made it work again.
EDIT: You may also want to try plugging your power brick into other outlets in your house as well, which may help with this issue
