Welcome to our channel! Today, we have an intriguing story to share with you. The Shevchenkovsky District Court in Chernivtsi has made a significant ruling regarding a suspect involved in criminal activities. Tengiz Charaya, a 41-year-old native of Georgia, known as "Tengo Pitersky," has been charged with spreading criminal influence and participating in a criminal assembly. He is recognized as a notorious "thief-in-law."

On May 3, 2023, the investigative judge, Petr Mamchin, decided to detain Charaya pending further proceedings. The verdict highlights that after his recent international arrest in late April, the authorities are still unaware of the whereabouts of this influential figure. Consequently, he is expected to be brought to the national Palace of Justice, where the court will determine the appropriate preventive measures.

Back in March, law enforcement issued a suspicion warrant for Tengo Pitersky based on events that occurred in the summer of 2021 at the Sokiryanska Correctional Colony No. 67. During that time, one of the co-organizers of a notorious murder in Chernivtsi, criminal authority Yevhen Borshan, nicknamed "Pacha," was staged in the institution for serving his sentence. Vitaliy Hryhorkiv, alias "Slepoi," a 38-year-old accomplice, was also involved.

According to the investigation, "Pacha" was not a stranger to "Tengo Pitersky," who established contact with the so-called "overseer" of the Sokiryanska colony, Dmitriy Taran. The "thief-in-law" informed Taran that "Slepoi," a native of Lukovitsa, was the killer responsible for the execution of Borshan, a person considered honorable by criminal standards. As a result, specific measures needed to be taken against him.

As a consequence, on July 31, 2021, a telephone conversation took place between Charaya and Hryhorkiv in the medical section of the colony. The outcome of this conversation resulted in the crime lord granting "Pacha's" offender a chance to live while instructing the "overseer" to severely punish the murderer.
