You will need
For sourdough
Warm milk 100 gr
Dry yeast 7 g (bag)
Flour 2 tbsp
A pinch of sugar
Dough:
Egg 2 pcs
Vanilla Sugar 20 g
Sugar 70 g
Melted butter 30 gr
Salt pinch
Flour 350 gr
Filling
Candied fruits 200 gr
Butter 150 gr
Paper molds 9 cm diameter
Cooking is very SIMPLE!
We make a sourdough: in warm milk, a little sugar, yeast and flour, mixed, left in a warm place for 10 minutes. The dough is kneaded with eggs, the eggs are whipped with salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter (it must be either melted or gently melted), mixed, the approaching sourdough was poured, and flour was introduced in parts. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. We keep it in a warm place for an hour. It turns out the dough for 3 cakes, we allow the dough, roll out into 3 thin layers, lubricate with soft butter, sprinkle with candied fruits, twist from a narrow edge. The roll is cut in half, one edge is not cut. We collect the spiral slice outwards. Bake for 25 minutes at 170 *. To be honest, the result exceeded all my expectations, no problems during cooking and the perfect result! Not dry! Creamy! Help yourself 🤍
