150 gr. oatmeal + 100 gr. any flour
(or 250 gr. quick oatmeal)
1 medium egg
100 gr. honey/syrup
4 tbsp. any oil
1 tsp. baking powder
A pinch of salt, vanilla
Optional: spices, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, chocolate
I use:
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
40 gr. dark chocolate
40 gr. dried cranberries
170°C – 11 minutes
