2 Bread - 1kg
3 Sugar 1.2-1.5kg (for 5% strength)
4 Pharmaceutical hops - 30-40g (if you want more bitter, 50g)
5 Dry yeast - 3 teaspoons (Saf-moment, or saf-levure)
6 Rubber glove from the pharmacy, instead of a water seal!
