⭕ Alice Springs Chicken - Outback Steakhouse Copycat Recipe
For the marinade:
1/2 cup Dijon mustard, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice. Marinate the chicken for 30 min to overnight. Air Fry chicken and for the last few minutes, add sauteed mushrooms, chopped bacon, and cheese until cheese is bubbly and the internal temp of the chicken is at 165˚F
⭕ Shrimp on the Barbie from Outback Steakhouse Copycat Recipe
1 pound raw, deveined shrimp placed in a single layer in the air fryer. Then coat with the marinade which is 1/4 cup melted butter mixed with 1 TBSP brown sugar, 1 TBSP Old Bay Seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp minced garlic.
⭕ Parmesan Crusted Filet Mignon Longhorn Steakhouse Recipe (ingredients PER SERVING for the parmesan crust)
1/4 cup panko (or breadcrumbs), two TBSP grated parmsean, 1 TBSP shredded parmesan, 1/2 tsp fresh chopped parsley, 1 TBSP softened butter, 1 tsp minced garlic, 2 tsp ranch seasoning mix. Blend together and flatted into a cookie shape to be placed on top of one slice of Provolone Cheese - top on steak once there is 3-5 minutes left of cooking.
