Pigodi in Korean. Recipe - detailed version

At your request, I am posting a step-by-step recipe for how to make piggy in Korean.
Pygodi is a dish from Korean cuisine. This dish has different different recipes. In fact, Korean Pigodi pies (other names for Pyanse, Pence, Pian-Se) are steamed homemade pies, a popular dish with cabbage and meat.

For the test:
Flour - 1 kg.
Water (slightly warm) - 600 ml
Dry yeast - 2 tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
For filling:
Stuffing - 1700 gr.
Cabbage - 1800 gr. (about)
Onions - 3 small heads
Garlic - 6-7 cloves
Salt - 1.5 Art. l (with a slide)
Coriander- 3 tsp. (with a slide)
Black pepper - 1 tsp. (with a slide)
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l
