Hello it's TANK and ODRI! We're mainly focusing on 'workout efficiency per time' when we introduce workout routine for you. So most of workout routine that we introduce to you consists routines that takes less time with high efficiency and that's why most of our workout video is within 10 minutes, with the BEST workout poses. Today, we prepared the combined version of high efficiency workout poses, 'Use up your calorie workout.' This video can easily followed by beginners too, have poses that can be done without any gears and poses that can use lots of different part of your muscles. These are the workouts that we have on this video.

1. Walk on spot 30 sec (Warm up 1)
2. Hop on spot 30 sec (Warm up 2)
3. Ventral Jacks 30 sec (Aerobic)
4. Squat 30 sec (Thigh)
5. Side Leg Raise 30 sec (Side)
6. Slow Burpee 30 sec (Aerobic)
7. Fly Jacks 30 sec (Aerobic)
8. Mountain Climber 30 sec (Aerobic)
9. High Knee Jacks 30 sec (Aerobic)
10. Bicycle Crunch 30 sec (Abs + whole body)
11. Fast Fist 30 sec (Aerobic)
12. Jumping Jacks 30 sec (Aerobic)
13. Plank & Leg Lifts 30 sec (Whole body +hips)
14. Elbow Plank 30 sec (Whole body cardio)
15. Lunge Jacks 30 sec (Thigh + hips)
16. Skater Hops 30 sec (Thigh)
17. Toe Touch Kicks 30 sec (Stomach + thigh)
18. Stance Jacks 30 sec (Aerobic)
19. Body Turn 30 sec (Core)
20. Whole Body Stretching 10~15 sec

※ Except 1~2 warm ups and 20 whole body stretching, 3~19 is the basic workout routine. Take ACTIVE REST between 3~19 workout routine and do this routine two times
