In 1994, Canadian Professor Stanley Koren compiled a scale of dog intelligence. He took into account 3 aspects: instinctive and adaptive intelligence, as well as working intelligence.
Koren divides all dog breeds into six conditional categories:

2. dogs with excellent learning abilities
3. dogs with above-average learning abilities
4. dogs with average learning abilities
5. dogs with below-average learning abilities
6. dogs with poor learning abilities
