In this video, I explain what the UX Design Process looks like in the Double Diamond method. It can be scary at first but it's actually very easy and logical!
We'll cover convergence, divergence and the four main steps of the Double Diamond Process called: Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver - see all D ;-)
We use this process often, but we don't do it exactly the double diamond way because there's a faster and easier way that I show you at the end of the video.
